Animetrix is a preventive health monitoring platform and is NOT a veterinary service. The information, AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations provided by Animetrix are for educational and preventive monitoring purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnoses, veterinary advice, or professional medical opinions.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian for professional medical care, diagnosis, and treatment of your pets. In case of a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
Animetrix provides pet health monitoring tools including daily health check-ins, AI-powered preventive insights, reminder systems, educational content, and health trend visualization. The Service is designed to support preventive care and help pet owners maintain awareness of their pets' general wellbeing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Animetrix offers free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process health data about your pets to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Animetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months. Animetrix is not liable for any harm to your pets resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights or recommendations.
All content, features, and functionality of Animetrix are owned by Animetrix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
